Baterialup es tan solo un blog mas como los miles que hay en la internet acerca de la promocion de la musica y de los artistas, se ha dejado muy en claro de que este sitio NO PROMUEVE LA PIRATERIA, ni tampoco apoya actos delictivos sobre derechos de Autor. Aqui no le estamos robando a nadie, todo la informacion postiada en este blog es de terceros y NO propia de Baterialup.wordpress.com, por lo tanto NO los compromete, por eso se dan los respectivos creditos correspondientes sobre cada vinilo, cd, set, marca, logotipo o cualquier otro tipo de informacion postiada aqui.

Este blog es un sitio mas de PROMOCION e INFORMACION sobre música electronica, por lo tanto apoyamos a los artistas de una manera de distribuicion de informacion de manera facil y sencilla a un consumidor final. Por eso a traves de estos meses hemos borrado los vinilos que nos han pedido que borren ya sea que lo ha pedido el artista o la disquera.
En el internet existen miles de blogs, foros, websites iguales a esta, por lo tanto el internet es un medio de distribuicion de información. Si van a tomar acciones legales, tomelas entonces contra TODOS los foros, blogs, paginas personales, programas de intercambios, etc. SEA CONCIENTE DE QUE TAMBIEN NOSOTROS ESTAMOS APOYANDO LA MUSICA QUE A LA FINAL ES LO QUE IMPORTA Y QUE LOS ARISTAS NECESITAN
Todos los archivos que encuentren aqui son estrictamente  para uso PROMOCIONAL, por favor apoyen los artistas locales, nacionales y los labels pequeños, no apoye al capitalismo, compre vinilos y cds, esto es lo mas importante que usted puede hacer para que la escena electronica se mantenga viva.

Baterialup.wordpress.com is yet another blog, just like the thousands over there in the “series of tubes” that the internet is, and this is about promoting the music and the artists.  It always have been very clear that this blog DOES NOT PROMOTE PIRACY, or supports crimes of any kind against copyrighted material.  We aren´t stealing from anyone here, all the info posted in this blog is from third parties and NOT property of Baterialup.wordpress.com, hence, it does not belong to us or implicate us.  You can always find here the respective credits where is due about every vinyl, cd, set, label, logo or any other kind of info posted here.
This blog is only a site about PROMOTING electronic music, hence we support the artists promoting their work to the fans, the final consumer. That´s why in the past months, he have deleted vinyls when the labels or the artists themselves asks us for.  There are thousands of blogs, forums and websites just like this one, therefore the internet is a medium for distribute information.  If someone were to take legal action, then they should take them against ALL the forums, blogs, personal pages, sharing programs (P2P) and so on.  KEEP IN MIND THAT IN THE END, WE ARE SUPPORTING MUSIC AND THE ARTISTS THAT CREATE IT.
All files here are strictly for PROMO use, please, support your local and national labels, support the indie artists, don´t support capitalism, buy vinyls and cds, this is the most important thing you should do to keep the electronic scene alive.
